Bit worried about Humans series 2.... the first was good, but I think its ripe for being destroyed by self indulgence. I think personally they jumped into the main story arc too soon... there was a lot more mileage to be had from the slightly sinister "what do the know" and exploring the attachments of humans to robots.

While I'm on, started watching the Red Dwarf re-runs a few weeks ago and now I'm tuning into nearly each episode. Never realised what a good show it is, and remember it being on at the time in the 1990's but never bothered to watch.

Obviously to make a program or series work you have to find the right mix of characters and they've got it almost spot on here, seriously if you've yet to watch why not tune in one night and check it out. It's on Dave Channel 12 Freeview most nights if you can stay up for it.

At a "conversation on Making a Murderer" this afternoon with Jerry Buting and Dean Strang, Avery's defence lawyers. Should be interesting! Questions to ask include whether there's a danger in implicating others in tv shows without proper evidence, and whether the damage figure for Avery from his original conviction may have forced Wisconsin's hand in framing him, should that be what happened.

The wife's 7 months pregnant and that sort of graphic violence tends to make her feel queasy, so we've put season 7 on hold until after Christmas. Binge watching rules anyway. :hyper:

Although I watched it anyway, and it was pretty grim, but nothing unexpected.

I'm still optimistic though, given that they pretty much closed-off most of the story lines from the last series.

You mean Igor II. Possibly we will need a better name than that.
