Impressive... I though the guys in Sun Ra Arkestra had been around a while.

Jones, has previous convictions for a bomb hoax, affray, possession of cannabis, fraud, and criminal damage, now faces formal church disciplinary proceedings.

I read that earlier thinking exactly the same thing:

"Wow, that's cool, how did it know? Was the iphone monitoring the baby and it stopped breathing? Well played Apple"
"hang on... what else is it listening to then?"
*reads story*
"oh, she shouted at siri to call an ambulance and it rang the right number"

I imagine her shiny iphone screen didn't survive a little drop either :D

I definitely agree that it's driven by dislike of the paper; there are far more unreliable sources not used. Don't really approve, as much as I think the Mail is awful. Sets a very bad and dangerous precedent.

Well yes, but they've always had a list of invalid ref sources - and Wikipedia being the fountain of unreliablity itself makes it even more amusing to me that they consider the Mail to be worse than themselves.

I'm not sure what dangerous precedent it sets, when no-one takes Wikipedia seriously as a source in the first place.
