You mean arrest warrant dropped because of the impasse created by him hiding away in the Ecuadorian embassy, making it impossible for the Swedish police to extradite and formally charge him. The allegation still stands against him and if he goes back to Sweden before 2020, the investigation will restart.

He's still facing a charge for running off in the first place.
