I liked the song, it's a nice bit of writing and there's something about it that brings both Shed Seven and BRMC to mind.

Not so keen on your voice, but then I don't like Neil Youngs voice either - so what the hell do I know.

Good stuff though, and nice name.

Cheers. I can't stand my singing voice either, but then I only sing the second line of the chorus... ;)

There's a chance an older version of the song has been posted on here before, with blackbat singing. But this is a new band, it's evolved from me and my mate messing about playing covers in his front room to us recruiting a bassist and drummer and doing all our own stuff. The next job is to get some gigs, but hopefully it won't be too long before we can record another.

We like... although not the name. It contains too many words and no alliteration.

I hereby rename you the 'Filthy Fifty'

You are welcome.

Isn't 'half hundred' already alliteration?

Nice song there RTT. Many people told my Dads cousin he's wasting his time and should get a proper job. But now he living in California with a successful career behind him. Not bad for a lad whose first job was on a farm over Huncoat who started off rattling a tambourine and harmonizing behind his more talented brother. So good luck with the band and i hope you get what you want out of it. You never know were it may lead.

Cheers Darth. I'm a bit long in the tooth now for maintaining dreams of making a career out of it, this is just a hobby.

Charlie's thinking of doing an online collaboration with the guitarist from her old band who now lives in London - and similarly, she's going into it with a view to it being a hobby.

Should be interesting. I'll have to upload some of her old stuff on here at some point, she did some decent Portishead covers years ago.

This bloke in Leeds was always great in Charlie's old band. But, Leeds is probably too far away for you.

Pretty much this.

(But I do like Neil Young's voice most of the time)
