Now all you need is someone to play it... :(
I have two bass guitars. And I know how to play them. But not whilst I'm also playing lead guitar. :(

And I should have said, preferably in the Blackburn/Accrington/Burnley area... four weeks after our first recording session and with the rest of us thinking about getting out and doing gigs, our bass player suddenly quits.

I'd go for one from Burnley. Having six fingers is bound to be an advantage :D

Update on what's been happening with my band, if anyone cares (and even if you don't)...

We finally found a new bassist in September, and made a low key live debut with a couple of gigs back in November. I kept quiet about it because our singer wasn't sure how he'd cope with with singing in front of an audience, and was threatening to quit if things didn't go well... fortunately they didn't, possibly the best reaction was from our drummer's brother who said he was "surprised" we were good...

Anyway, we're back in the recording studio tomorrow, so I should have another song to post next week. And hopefully this time the bass player won't walk out on us...

Been a fantastic weekend. If anyone else on here needs to do some recording, consider contacting Nick at The Den. He charges per song rather than per hour, is enthusiastic about what he does and is really easy to work with. Just mention that we recommended him.

This Time.

If anyone cares, we're going to be playing at The Attic in Accrington on 21st March.

It's closer to Devon than Neptune.
