West Ham defender Matthew Upson is using torn-up phone book pages to solve his persistent injury problems. The centre-back was advised to stuff them into his boots - and he is so impressed he is stuffing them in his regular shoes, trainers and even his flip-flops as well. (The Sun)

Today we have a case of celebrity doziness...
TV presenter Jeremy Clarkson has lost money after publishing his bank details in his newspaper column.
Although, whilst setting up a direct debit to charity might prove a point, it's going to be more difficult to get away with if someone wants the money for themselves.

I saw that yesterday - pretty fucked up.

Never mind taking a pack of johnnies out with you in case you get lucky on a night out, you need your birth certificate in case you accidentally pull the secret sister you never knew you had... :shock:
