Look, we can be gibbons. Or we can be kestrels. We can't be both though. I was both once, and it didn't work. Trust me, I was both bigly. If we choose one, we can work together with our gibbon and kestrel neighbors. When we work together, we make great things, big things, ocean sized things. They are big league things that make other things seem so small league, that's it's bigly true. That is why I am telling everyone around the world to either become a kestrel or a gibbon, but not both. It would be a disaster like the world has never seen before. But we should come together, and Make Pooping On Cars Great Again!

26 shots, 9 on goal and only 1 goal to show for it. A bit disappointing but after the first half, the tune really changed. I feel like we needed the win, but Rotherham are in good form.

So frustrating not to come away with the 3 points today. I thought we were excellent in the 2nd half. Nyambe was outstanding when he came on. He has the potential to play at the top level.

Gaz I’ve only seen the highlights, how was Palmer today? And also Brereton and Rothwell when they came on?

Palmer is frustrating. No doubt he has fantastic flair and ability, but he is prone to losing the ball cheaply at times.

Brereton was good when he came on and laid on another assist. I see a lot of promise there and I’m sure he’ll come good.

Rothwell again showed he is probably our most flair player. Always wants the ball and drives forward. I like him a lot.

We didn’t do a lot wrong yesterday. We just came up against a keeper on top form and a bit of poor finishing.

Not one Rovers player had a poor game yesterday. Everyone gave there all - I don't think we will ever again dominate a game so much and not win. In many ways it reminded me of the West Ham v Man Utd game on the last Saturday of our Championship winning season when we lost to Liverpool. United battered the West Ham goal solidly for 45 minutes, but the ball just wouldn't go in the net.
I agree with the comments re Nyambe, this lad just doesn't stop improving. I hope he's on a decent contract.
So these things happen, even to the best of teams.

Yeah I like Palmer but he can be frustrating, was surprised to see him start ahead of Rothwell. But we did more than enough to win the game irrespective of the line up, think I was just hoping to see Brereton and Rothwell start.

I think we are all in that mood right now. Really want to see Brereton break into the starting 11, or give Rothwell a start. I feel like a formation change would be necessary if we are going to have Brereton and Graham start.

I think I'm just interested to see how the below team would perform:

-----------------Raya
Nyambe Lenihan Mulgrew Bell
-----------Reed Smallwood
Rothwell------Dack--Armstrong
--------------Brereton

I think you could quite easily see that lineup 15 minutes into the second half of any game. I would also like to see Travis get a bit more game time.
At the risk of getting excommunicated or similar, I don't think that Mulgrew could have played any better than Rodwell did on Saturday.

I’d like to see:

------------——----Raya——————————
Nyambe————Lenihan———--Mulgrew
-----——--Reed—--Smallwood—————--
Rothwell---Brereton--Dack--Armstrong
-------————-—Graham———————-——

Which is undoubtedly why I’m not a football manager.

Either I'm blind or stupid (my wife would say both) but the player no one ever mentions is Jack Rodwell. Yet for me he never put a foot wrong last Saturday. When we talk about Mowbray's brilliant signings, I'd put Rodwell up there among them.

I've seen him live a couple of times playing at centre back and was thoroughly impressed. So far it looks as though the gamble to give him a contract has paid off as his attitude certainly seems to be right given his performances.

Given his range of passing and comfort on the ball my preference would be for him to start in the midfield 2 in front of the centre backs but there is a lot of competition for those spots. Reed is an absolute must and then it's one of Evans, Smallwood and Rodwell and they're all playing well, Smallwood especially.
