We should hopefully see a reaction from Saturday. Wigan are in a real rut and Cook was mouthing off a little too much last season so would be nice to get one over them after the two draws in League 1.

Judging by reports, there has been no response from the Saturday result. 1 down.

Just seems very lazy today. Evans looks rather poor. Bell is getting beat on the left side. Armstrong is non-existent. Long balls have zero effect. Not stringing any passes together. Hopefully 2nd half will produce something differently.

Doesn’t seem like there has been any improvement. Wigan hitting the woodwork twice. Pretty grim!

Woeful. Sad when Conway looked like the best player in 12 minutes. Really need to rip into this squad.

That was a total embarrassment tonight. All the talk pre match was about a reaction....well it was actually worse than Saturday.

There are ways to lose football matches and that was just not good enough.

A lot of players looked disinterested tonight. I’ll be interested to see what TM says post match. I’m hoping for a bit of a public bollocking and that some players need to look at themselves in the mirror and ask if they actually gave everything tonight.

Things are falling apart... whats happened these last 2 games? Granted, both games were roadies, but winnable ones. Besides, Wigan was missing several 1st teamers.

It happens. We've started the season well which has perhaps raised expectations, but coming to the halfway point we're still midtable which is good considering we were a division lower last year. The last couple of games have brought us back down with a bit of a bump, but there's no need for knee jerking, it's a bad week and we'll get over it and improve again. Such is football.
