FA Cup

Newcastle away which is a very naff draw. Although at least there’ll be 52,000 of the most passionate fans ever there.

I see it a different way. An opportunity to try and go away from home against a lower Prem club and cause an upset. All the pressure on them. We have a good record there so bring it on!

Yeah I know what you mean. We do have a good record there in the league I’ve seen a couple of wins up there.

Didn’t we have this draw a few seasons ago and lose 3-0 or so?

If Newcastle are tempted to rest some players and Rovers dont then i can see Rovers having a chance. We beat them twice in the Rovers relegation season so even when we are shit we still win. The BBC should have this as a televised game.

I certainly remember a 2-1 loss.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Rafa rests a few for this but at the same time TM might for us. Who knows what things will look like come the new year for both teams.

1-0 Charlie Mulgrew with his magical head off a corner.

Newcastle are pretty shit really. Debravka (sp) is good, Lascelles, Shelley when he can be bothered and Perez but otherwise not a daunting prospect.

I can see Arma netting a winner :hyper:

Yep you’re right it was was 2-1 in 2012 we took the lead and Ben Arfa scored that amazing solo goal.

One thing I'd bet my house to a cup of tea on..............the Media will drag out Alan Shearer for his comments.
