Re: New Manager poll - select your top three choices
We can argue this all day, analyse the linked managers, guess at a shortlist, and they'll still curveball us with someone random like John Coleman.

Re: New Manager poll - select your top three choices
I've seen Jason Wilcox linked on a couple of sites  Legendary Blackburn winger Jason Wilcox is another that has been linked with the vacancy at Ewood Park. The 51-year-old is currently Manchester City’s Academy Director, but, made 271 league appearances for the club between 1989 and 1999, pla...

Re: Rovers v Bournemouth
I was having that discussion with an Everton fan a few days ago. Funnily enough he still wasn't keen on relegation. It is the best league, but it's a shame the financial gaps are appearing and making a difference. The amount spent by the likes of Fulham and Bournemouth compared to those down the bot...

Can't say I've seen the current logo for a while, viewing this on a phone mostly. Hope it wasn't much effort.

Re: Reading v Blackburn Rovers, Sat 19 March 2022, KO When Reading Reads the Red Letters
With opponents games in hand we can end up slipping to 9th here. We've been hovering effectively in 9th for a few weeks, based on everyone winning games in hand. First problem now is they've actually started picking the points up, and second problem is the teams around us are pretty much all top 10...

Half an hour in and they appear to have hit the accelerator while forgetting to turn.

Re: Sheffield United vs Blackburn Rovers, Wednesday 23rd February, KO 19.45
Agreed - 2nd was never going to happen, and playoffs is playoffs whether you're 3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th. We've lost the cushion, the most worrying part is the lack of goals and possible lack of confidence that's creeping in. Buckley isn't the answer up front, Gallagher looked off vs Sheffield United, a...

Re: Where are they now?
It's almost in contrast to Ched Evans struggling to find a club after he was acquitted of rape. There were resignations and sponsors dropping out then, but if memory serves me the EFL back Sheffield United in re-signing him as they supported reformation of criminals. (Even though I think I'm right i...
