Malwarebytes has always worked for me, and when all else fails use Combofix, although consider that the nuclear option.
However if you cant even get into safe mode im unsure how you can run these.

Ong Bak 1 (the makings of are almost better that the film). Ong Bak 1+2 went a bit too wierd, probably because Tony Jaa took over directing. Check out Merantau Warrior if you liked The Raid, it has the same actor/director pairing.

Still playing Skyrim. And will be for the rest of the year no doubt. Might do some of the story at some point. Have been playing it for ages and am still only level 50 with very little of any main story done, so yeah it'll prob see out my year too, talk about value for money. Just bought Max Payne ...
