Re: Retained list.

Whilst Downing isn’t a bad player by any means, it’s probably the right decision to let him go to pave the way for a proper first team CB. Re: Rotherham v Blackburn Rovers, Sat 2 Mar 2019, KO 15:00

Steve Kean tried it though with Formica, Rochina, Petrovic, Vukcevic, Nunes, Jorge, Rosado and Portuguese legend Nuno Gomes. It didnt work. However we did have Tugay, Santa Cruz and Yakubu. Even after all these years, I still shudder at the mere mention of names like ‘Petrovic’ and ‘Nunes’. :footin...

What an abysmal first 20, can't string 2 passes together and some awful defending costing us a goal.

Re: FA Cup: Blackburn Rovers v Newcastle, Tue 15th Jan, KO 19:45

Joke that the goal stood

Travis gives the ball away too much, seems to always get it trapped under his feet. Rothwell’s looked tidy though.

One positive is that unlike Newcastle, 3 of our first teamers didn’t get injured.

Re: Carabao Cup: Bournemouth v Blackburn Rovers, Tue, 25 Sept 2018, KO 19:45

Since it’s one of the few matches I can watch this season, I was possibly the only Rovers fan genuinely excited before kick off. I’m a bit deflated now but it was a very exciting game especially towards the end, and we put up a good fight against PL side. Mowbray also did well to get us back in the ...

Re: Adam Armstrong

Definitely the best news so far this summer. Sounds like there was a lot of interest from other clubs so the fact he chose us shows there’s belief we’re still on the up.

And most importantly he’s added some much needed variety to the ‘massive list’ :D

Evans off injured so our midfield is now Tomlinson and Travis. Good experience for both playing against a Chmapionship side (albiet a very out of form one).
