No doubt the Joe Hart rumours will kick off again, I thought the Sunderland keeper was in the frame.

Re: Quarantine Edition: Blackburn Rovers v Bristol City, Sat 20 June 2020, KO 15:00

It would take a genius to correctly forecast next Saturday's lineup at Wigan.

Re: Where are they now?

Faz was an ultra reliable defender. Nothing spectacular on the field,no England caps. But he did play 674 games for Rovers - still a record I believe.

Re: 2019/2020 season

It's just that most of the deaths are caused by respiratory complications, ie pneumonia.

Re: 2019/2020 season

Rover, have you been vaccinated against pneumonia? They gave me a jab with a flu vaccination a couple of rears ago -it's a once in a lifetime thing. Would have thought that might help if you contracted the virus.

Re: 2019/2020 season

Look on the bright side - it's possible that some of the postponed March/April games may now be played in May or June. Shirt sleeves football!

Re: The Club Formerly Known As Frank Lampard's Now Wayne Rooney's Derby County v Blackburn Rovers, Sun 8 March 2020, KO

Can't for the life of me understand why anyone should knock Le Saux-- a great player and a bargain. Didn't we buy him off Chelsea for half a million and sold him back to them for 6/7 million? LenSaux had taken over from another international left back in Ian Wright, who couldn't get his place back a...

Re: Blackburn Rovers v Swansea City, Sat 29 Feb 2020, KO 1500

Agree with Waco that Danny,Bennett and Samuel probably won't be wearing blue and white next season. We really need the youngsters to step up to the mark and earn their wages. My big fear is losing Lenihan, Travis,Nyambe or Dack,if we can hold on to these four we've only got the ch and position to re...

Re: Blackburn Rovers v Swansea City, Sat 29 Feb 2020, KO 1500

Evans, Holtby and Dack are injured, Lenihan suspended, Mulgrew, Smallwood and Chapman seemingly out of favour, not sure about Williams and Davenport, with such a depleted squad can we realistically expect to gain promotion, or even beat Swansea? I'll sit and cheer like mad this afternoon, but in my h...

Re: Brentford v Blackburn Rovers

Danny's been great for us, but he's not the player he was. Can't remember the last time he scored. His great strength is to play with his back to the goal, hold play up and pass to an oncoming forward, but with no Dack this hasn't worked. Have to say if I was Mowbray, and considering his wage packet...

Re: Brentford v Blackburn Rovers

Johnson put in a good shift today - just what Mowbray brought him in to do- a rough tough, uncompromising defender. Nyambe seemed a tad off today, but Walton was awesome - he'll do for me next season. Buckley improves but seems low on confidence, always takes the option of passing when he'd be bette...
