Re: Quarantine at the Table Edition: Blackburn Rovers v Nottingham Forest, Sat 17 Oct 2020, KO 1700

Our depth is very good this year at most attacking and midfield positions; glad we got a good LB cover as well. It will be extra important this year with covid forcing isolation for players throughout the year. Downing looks like he might even re-sign which would provide even more experience; lookin...

No Holtby, Williams, Bennett, Travis or Dack; Elliot and Pears not registered in time either, but Douglas and Trybull can play. ----------------Kaminski--------------- Nyambe---Lenihan--Ayala-------Bell ------------------------------------------ --------Johnson---------Evans--------- ---------------...

Line-up will be interesting depending on how our isolating internationals and new signings are incorporated.

Fun stat: Tyrhys Dolan has the best pass completion in the championship so far at 92%

Re: Derby v Blackburn

Why Preston thought Dolan wasn't ready is a mystery to me, he's been fantastic ever since he got to us. Such a promising player, I thought he'd play in cup this year but as the saying goes,"if he's ready, he's ready".

Travis is out for 3 months, big loss but hopefully Evans will be fully fit soon and Johnson has been good so far.

Re: 2020/2021 Season

Dolan has already looked like a gem, the thought of him, Dack and Armstrong on the field together is really exciting and would scare most of the league. Such pace and dribbling ability. Combine that with the power and tenacity of Travis and Evans and we have ourselves a contender.

Usual explosion of Armstrong to Prem rumours after his performance, need to make playoffs to have a chance of keeping him beyond this season.

Davenport and Buckley will have to step up then, might see more of JRC as a CM as well.

Re: Rumours, wishlists and general tomfoolery

Supposedly had a £200k bid for Pears knocked back by Boro. Would be a good capture if we can get it done, talented young backup GK.

2-2 heading into final ten, seems like it's been a good match.

Re: Quarantine On a Couch: Bournemouth v Blackburn Rovers, Sat 12 Sept 2019, KO 1500

Pleased to see JRC getting a chance up the field, and Brereton being allowed to continue his preseason promise unlike last year. Ideally I'd want Evans over Johnson but he's perhaps not starting fit yet, hence bench. Nice to see Dolan on bench as well incidentally. Williams at CB is a bit embarrassi...

Re: 2020-21 Kit

It's a bold look to be sure. I've always liked red as out away colour, but would prefer black/red halved, the blue is a bit conflicting.

Re: Rumours, wishlists and general tomfoolery

Linked to Rob Elliot, would be a good experienced backup GK.
