Re: Rumours, wishlists and general tomfoolery
The Malmo links have started, not that I'm complaining. Ahmedhodzic and Berget, CB and RWB/RW respectively. Ahmedhodzic in particular could be a steal, was playing Lique 1 last year and wants to leave Malmo permanently. 6'5 so a big lad and international experience. Berget I'd be less keen on but he...

Re: Rumours, wishlists and general tomfoolery
Todd Cantwell the popular rumour at the minute. BBD seems to be linked with everyone but no offers as of yet; Tottenham was one of the more far fetched ones I saw.

Re: New Manager poll - select your top three choices
Fairly pleased with this, again fits the model the club want to build; should mesh well with Broughton. More knowledge of smaller European markets which should stand us in good stead for transfers hopefully. Tactically he seems fairly flexible formation wise but does favour attacking football which ...

Re: New Manager poll - select your top three choices
Broughton is a pleasant surprise with a pretty exciting resume. Talked a good game in his introduction interview and deffo seems to fit with the youth model Tony and the Owners were so keen to establish. More than qualified imo, given the track record at Norwich with the academy and Bodo/Glimt in No...

Re: Rumours, wishlists and general tomfoolery
Exciting transfer window so far, Zeefuik feels like a steal especially given the Nyambe situation. Markanday also is exactly the sort of player we should be signing. Shame we seem to have lost out on Souttar, he is one of the classiest young CBs I've seen in a long time, and were it not for the inju...

Such an exhilarating run of form, deadly going forward but also 5 straight clean sheets. Deservedly pushing for top 2

Re: Bournemouth v Blackburn Rovers, Sat, 11 Dec 2021, KO When the cows go to pasture
Since the Fulham hammering we've been on a very good run. If we keep Brereton Diaz in January and we don't lose key guys to injury second half of the season, I reckon we can keep pushing for playoffs.

Re: 2021/2022 season
The contract situ has to be top priority, worrying how so many of our players always seem to be in last year of contract in last few years. 100% prefer to renew players like Brereton and Rothwell over buying another striker.

Re: Rumours, wishlists and general tomfoolery
Shaping up to be a good deadline day. Khadra across the line on loan, Chapman sent away accordingly (tbh not sure he's gonna make it with us anyway). And Edun as competition for Pickering, so have 2 good young LBs for first time since the Olssen twins. Telegraph still tipping the 3rd deal Mowbray wa...

Re: Rumours, wishlists and general tomfoolery
Clarkson in on loan, sounds like Reda Khadra loan may go through this week. See links to a lot of names, Curtis is one that I would like but sounds like we've been priced out of that. Obafemi is no big loss, we don't need another young 5 mil striker, especially if he doesn't want to be here. And but...

Re: Leighton Clarkson
Hopefully a good signing for us, sounds like he had a decent debut v WBA. It's always nice to see a local lad play for the team (even if his isn't technically ours).

Re: Blackburn Rovers v Swansea City, Sat 7th August 2021, KO 15.00
Nervy second half but great to start the season with a win. Very encouraging signs from our young attackers but defensively slightly worrying. We look like a team that will either win or lose 3-2 each week, so we'll be exciting at least.

Re: Blackburn Rovers v Swansea City, Sat 7th August 2021, KO 15.00
One of the best half's I've seen us play in a while, lots of energy and dynamic, confident runners.
Swansea not helping themselves by trying to play out from the back.
