Re: Blackburn Rovers v. QPR, 28 January.

Fuck, that was stodgy.

I'll take the 3 points any way they come. Really grafted that win. First half was great, second half was a let off. Really played an intense play style first half, so probably just tired. legs.

Onto Saturday.

Re: Blackburn Rovers v. QPR, 28 January.

Half-time. Good half for Rovers thus far. Lots of good passing, QPR's goal came from a defensive lapse and really not from looking weak. The only complaint I have about Rothwell right now is he needs to take a shot when the opportunity is open. He had a ripe chance for the taking, 18 yards out dead ...

Re: Blackburn Rovers v. QPR, 28 January.

For those curious, it's live on iFollow on Rovers site. Only took me checking in and also buying the match pass on QPR website, because I didn't feel like taking the chance at listening to QPR commentators.

Re: Blackburn Rovers v. QPR, 28 January.

Burnley doing us a little favour and recalling Wells who has scored 14 for QPR this season which is a bonus. Up until the 4-2 drubbing this season we've been a fairly longstanding bogey team for QPR but they definitely broke the curse. Would be good to get some revenge as we we're awful that day an...

Nice poll, I approve.

I would take a draw.

Re: Rumours, wishlists and general tomfoolery

Jordan Rhodes has been told he can leave for free by Sheffield Wednesday. As long as the wages aren't absolute silly (which they probably will be), it's worth a go for someone who can probably have renewed success here.

Re: Rumours, wishlists and general tomfoolery

Lots of rumors floating around, from Rio Ave defender to Lech Poznan winger. A couple other rumors as well with Sunderland midfielder and goalkeeper linked.

Right sided attacker loan is imminent according to Mowbray, while we are being linked to Sunderland goalkeeper McLaughlin.

Re: Sheffield Wednesday v Blackburn Rovers, Sat 18 Jan 2019, KO 1500

Amen, Thor! I will also say this... Rovers lost Cunningham & Lenihan at QPR, Rovers go on a 0-2-4 run. Tony rights the ship, we go on a run of 6-1-1, then lose Dacky, Rovers go 0-3-2, then today’s magnificence. Tony must get some credit for his lineups, game plan, no panic, the way he stabilizes th...

Re: Sheffield Wednesday v Blackburn Rovers, Sat 18 Jan 2019, KO 1500

What a win. 5-0. Quote from the broadcast which sums up the match, "if I were brutally honest, if I were to say to you beforehand, we're going into extra time after the 2nd half looking for a 5th goal, you would have probably said, you need to go for a lie down Neil." From minute one, Rovers were do...
