Re: General Election

Surely this is borderline electoral fraud: ‘Meanwhile, the Conservative Party were condemned by Full Fact for an “inappropriate and misleading” decision to rebrand one of its main Twitter accounts from CCHQ to “FactcheckUK” during the debate. The account, typically home to the Tory press office, re...

Re: General Election

Why do you think there being less vacancies is a good thing? A lot of that is due to closures and downsizing of retail chains. The figures also showed the biggest annual drop in the number of job vacancies in nearly 10 years. The ninth consecutive monthly fall in available jobs saw advertised positi...

Re: General Election

BBC article on this highlights Mr Neil’s flagrant cherrypicking. Not really sure what you mean? In what warped world is it "cherrypicking" to quote unemployment and wage growth figures when they're announced? It's literally what that article has as the headline. :? Unemployment dropped by 2...

Re: General Election

Which if the Conservative Party stays under Boris Johnson's control is what you've got. ;) There's a whole load of subjective going into drawing that conclusion. And to be fair, the Full Fact article covers the quote. Saying you won't do something under conditions you don't expect to happen i...

Re: General Election

Diane Abbott making things up again. To be fair he did say: “It depends what sort of campaign the party run. If we really do make ourselves the Brexit Party under our brand, my loyalty is going to be strained absolutely… I am not voting for some crazy right-wing nationalist organisation calling the...

It doesn't matter where Talk Radio's main studio is, interviewees don't need to physically be there to be interviewed. They ...
