Nerve racking stuff this :?
Spent the last half hour bracing myself for 2-2 or even 2-3. Rothwell might not have gotten many assists this season but he offers so much more in terms of pace and ball retention compared to Bennett. Changed the Rovers game plan completely when he went off.

That Wayne bloke on iFollow is a fucking pillock. For all the genuine mistakes Walton has made, he’s trying to pin North End’s equaliser in him as well.

My daughter was born this morning so not even Rovers can ruin my day for once.
Congratulations :P
Thank you. I also concur with your thoughts on squad rotation. Given Johnson’s hit and miss form, I’d be interested in seeing a Travis/Davenport combo. Or even Brad Lyons

Re: Blackburn Rovers v Birmingham City, Thu 26 Dec 2019, KO 1500

In some ways Dack, like Rhodes before him, inhibits the way we play - i.e. we played to their strengths. This could be a a chance for Brereton and Gallagher et al to profit from that change of dynamic. I certainly think Brereton would benefit from playing in a two up top, which we don’t really have ...

Re: Blackburn Rovers v Wigan Athletic, Mon 23 Dec 2019, KO 1745

Tosin apparently got a knock in training, we need him on Thursday. Try as he might, Williams is a poor replacement -we badly need another centre half for next season to play alongside Lenihan (who did not have a great game last night,- having said that, nobody else did either apart from Walton). Th...

Wigan was probably Coccium to Romans, just as an impromptu, unimpressive archaeological aside

It was a soft yellow the issue was the ref has been so bad for both sides anything Dack did after Carroll was sent off was going to be a second yellow.
That I can’t argue with

A bit dumb on Tony Mowbray's part leaving Dack on having been booked so early in the game. Now we are minus our best player for a game. Sould have brought on Holtby for Dack at half time.
It was never a second yellow, to be fair

What has happened to Evans  Playing like a machine. I don’t think this is much higher than Evans usual standard, which to clarify, I feel is quite good. The season were relegated we really missed him. Last season his poorer performances came when Smallwood or Travis lost their positional dis...

Re: General Election

What are the Chief Rabbi's ties to Boris Johnson? I've seen he issued a public statement referring to him as a "friend" when he became PM, but I've seen on Twitter that he did the same when May became PM, his predecessor welcomed Blair in the same way too. I'm not sure there's too much to be read i...

Defending it was the wrong term I admit. But, you are seeking to draw distinctions that have no ethical imperative or real world value for the sake of winning a debate on an Internet forum. Semantic differences have no place in the comparison of the ills of anti-semitism and islamophobia, there ver...

Re: General Election

That’s a weak and slightly shameful defence. There is more than enough written, researched and read into the the debate to conclude that Islamaphobia is a racialised discourse. Someone of your intellect should know better than to deny it.
