Burnley v Rovers, Sun 28/03/10, 12:00

Post by BigSamsWave » Sat Mar 06, 2010 11:01 pm

Only been to one away game this season and am a season ticket holder. I do know that you need to have been to two away games though. Just wondering if anyone knows any of the following answers to these questions:
1. How many have we sold as of yet?
2. Is there a date where it gets reduced to just one away game?
3. How many have we been allocated?

I want to go, but, call me soft but this is football and although I obviously know we are the better side, they are well over due to beat us and football is football and anything can happen so what I'm saying is part of me 'isn't that bothered about going' just in case the fuckers do beat us. I couldn't stand it.
Any predictions?

Been allocated 2400 tickets.. I would of thought they would of been snapped up by now.

Little OT but does anyone think Burnley have a chance of staying up? I find myself actually wanting Burnley to get a few points these days because I don't want them to go down. I'm a season ticket holder but even if I could of got tickets for this away match in a few weeks I wouldn't be able to go (baby due on 22nd). So I am keeping my fingers crossed (eww!) they manage to stay up so I can try get to the away match next season. :)

Congratulations!

They have as much chance of staying up as the other teams around them really. Hull, Wolves, Burnley - hard to pick two out of the three. Never mind Wigan, Sunderland, West Ham and Bolton who are far from safe yet. I'vegot so much indifference to them these days that I couldn't care less what happens to them. It's largely irrelevant, much like the team themselves.

Nope, not a chance. All season they've been shite away and they won't win away all season, however, their form has been good at home but lately look like their going to start dropping them at home, lets face it if you're going to go all season on just one point on the road you have to win alot of home games, their prem place rides on what they do in their upcoming home games. I think they'll get beat off Stoke which will pull them in deeper, Portsmouth might overtake them. :-?

I've enjoyed having them up with us this season, but I wouldn't mind them going back down because the longer they are in prem the more chances they have of beating us, every time we play them now it's just a case of defending the unbeaten record, all the pressure is on us so as far as it goes I want to see back of them.

18. Hull City
19. Bastards
20. Portsmouth < Thats what I think come May!

Yeah congratulations. Little babies are an absolute joy. Especially when they@re Blue n White. My little boy's making his debut next season. He'll be about 2.

Congratulations to Leedslass for the upcoming new addition to the family. Maybe the childs name if not already decided upon could include the scorer of the rovers winning goal against the dingles ?....there's plenty to go at. Morten, Nikola, Franco for example.
