Blackburn v Birmingham, Weds 24/03/10, 20:00

Formations, Injuries, Suspensions, Big Sam's suit, Final score, predictions anyone?

2 more wins will gaurantee safety, I look at our fixtures and think it is possible, this is one of the games I had in mind.

We need to follow up yesterday's good result by getting a win on Wednesday. Birmingham are a decent side, though, we'll have to work for it.

WE SHALL BE VICTORIOUS! :hyper:

Phil Jones should be handed a starting place as a reward for his performance on Sunday, and so should Diouf I suppose, much as I dislike him as a person, he took that header beautifully.

We can win this as long as we graft hard, get the ball down and play attacking football.

I still don't like diouf - he was in my opposition's team for my work fantasy football cup - his goal knocked me out in the semi-final :xxx:

I do think Diouf has now earnt his place, which you can't fault him for. I can see this being a difficult one, but Birmingham have slipped a bit since their excellent start to the season, so hopefully the 3 points are in the bag....hopefully

5 is only one more change than 4. I wouldn't put it past a tinkerman like Allardyce to go that extra step.

Although I agree that it's not clever.

to be fair, we do have a game on sunday and unless he's forced to make a few changes due to keeping a player fit for the match v burnley, personally i dont see much point in any changes being made, the only change he might have to make is to leave dunn out in that case as he might have an issue with his calf still.

---------------------Brown-----------------
Salgado--Samba--Jones--Chimbondage
----------------N'Zonzi---------------------
Diouf------------------------------Olsson
--------------Basturk---------------------
------Roberts---------Kalinic------------

I'd only play Basturk if Dunn is injured. Kalinic can play into the spaces Roberts' physicality opens up.
