Watford v Rovers, Tue 25th Mar, 7.45pm

Erm game tomorrow night away at Watford, I'll be there, every game at Watford I've ever seen has been dreadful so I'm not expecting much...

I'm guessing Kane will start ahead of Henley. I'd also rather see King or Taylor playing ahead of Feeney.

Given Henley is out for the rest of the season, that's a fair guess.

I don't understand why Taylor isn't in the centre with King on the right.

With ten games left every game is becoming almost like a cup match. With nine points and three wins separating us from a play off place we do need to start winning games we otherwise might be happy to draw. This is such a game.
A draw is really a nothing result to us at this point in the season. We have to throw caution to the wind and go for the win.

Indeed.

I don't think anyone can quite understand why Taylor is always on the bench. King is now fit so I really hope he starts on the right as when he is on form he is a serious threat, that coupled with the form of Conway on the left and we should offer a decent amount of threat.

How Feeney or Varney get in the team is baffling. Both can happily return to their clubs come summer!

Not too sure why King hasn't returned to the team yet but i can only guess it's fitness or defensively covering his full back?

Why Taylor doesn't start more games i just don't even know what to guess. Probably Lowe and Williamson are Bowyer's favourite two and with two up front only two will play in the middle meaning Taylor misses out.

I'd like to see Taylor, Cairney, Evans/Lowe and Conway be our midfield one day before the end of the season.

He's being eased back in and rightly so. He looked fine on Saturday though.

Is this in response to King? :)

Playing for Crystal Palace is a kind of injury?

I feel a little Ruben in me so he gets my vote.

As for the match today, I agree on the Taylor point. I feel it's that Taylor is really a squad filler and he's quality at that. He can play and be quality coming off the bench as well and that's the problem I see in him. Bowyer isn't really looking to retain him long term so he wants to use him when he needs but ultimately try to keep him out of the squad as he has a different notion of what he wants out on the pitch. That's just my 2 pence.
