Interesting read in the lancashire evening telegraph about Rovers season being all about who could cut the mustard. The oirigins of cut the mustard is far from clear. Perhaps the best one relates to the actual cutting tools used to cut the mustard plants themselves which became blunt after use. So who at Rovers cannot cut the mustard and will be gone for a Burton come the summer.

The real question at hand is who can make the mustard, not cut it.

Still enough games left for players to make an impression. Nothing cut and dried...

Mustard is Norwich’s realm, we don’t need mustard

We dominated the game at Ewood but couldn't get the winning goal, like to think we can go and win this one.

We know what to expect and they'll try and get high balls, crosses and long throws into our box which doesn't bode well for Rodwell and Mulgrew as they're not the most physical centre back pairing.

If we play well we'll cause them lots of problems but think we'll need to do more than ping diagonals to Graham hoping Dack picks up second balls and flick ons.

How are we doing? Oh.

Let's see who's in the team today then...
and then after the goal...

Just a sloppy first half so far. Not great first touch on the ball, needs to look elsewhere for passes.

Falling foul of the most obvious thing Rotherham we’re going to do within 2 minutes is a little frustrating.
