Danny Graham scores from the spot! Penalty called in favour of Rovers and puts them in front, 1-0.

Have to give props to Tyler Magloire for getting his head on a Reed cross to cause the situation that got the penalty call.

Nice 1st half. We had a couple of good chances, & Danny made the most of the penalty. The addition to the defence appears to be paying dividends. No gripes from me.

Half time, Rovers up 1-0 from a Danny Graham penalty. I would say Wigan are doing more offensively, but Rovers are playing some decent defense.

Magloire's debut appearance is fine so far. There have been a hiccup or two, but he is doing rather well being the cover at back. He is a solid, physical presence at back. Hasn't gotten a lot of touches on the ball yet. Can get his head on the ball, although there was one occasion where he missed a header which created an opportunity for Wigan. Overall, I would prefer to see him again at the weekend.

It's been a lot of counter attack football from Rovers so far, hoofing to Graham and hoping he will get something against Olsson or Dunkley. I wouldn't be surprised if we see Smallwood come on for Armstrong.

2-0 to Danny Graham! Mistake by Dunkley and Graham softly puts it past the goalkeeper.

THAT is the way to finish a game!

Score late, don’t concede late. A solid victory (albeit over a relegation possible team. But hey, we lost to one of those recently, and another to a team in the bottom five).

Good stuff!!
