2020/2021 Season
Re: 2020/2021 Season
Johnson is okay for Saturday which is good but Evans will miss the next few.
Davenport is most obvious replacement in the absence of Evans I guess.

Rotten luck, I’d say. Sometimes it’s conditioning (or lack thereof), but that doesn’t seem to be the case this time. Just one game into Championship play, and we’ve got this many guys out. Because of finances, the youn g guys are sure to get their chance. I hope they make the most of it.
Re: 2020/2021 Season
Dolan has already looked like a gem, the thought of him, Dack and Armstrong on the field together is really exciting and would scare most of the league. Such pace and dribbling ability. Combine that with the power and tenacity of Travis and Evans and we have ourselves a contender.
Re: 2020/2021 Season
Possibly the best thing about Dolan is that it will hopefully have an impact on Chapman. Reading between the lines of various things Mowbray has said about both Chapman's attitude hasn't always been good, particularly when needing to be disciplined off the ball. Dolan has come in and jump ahead of him and into the team which says a lot given they're very similar players.

Travis is out for 3 months, big loss but hopefully Evans will be fully fit soon and Johnson has been good so far.

Douglas, Trybull, Elliott & Pears. We got everything we said we needed to compete for a playoff position. We got some other guys coming back in the squad- Holtby, Rankin-Costello, Williams, etc., & Dack soon enough.
Barring more major injuries, I think we will see some big, positive, changes come about by Boxing Day. We’ve got a toughie tomorrow at Watford, I don’t think we will see any miracles there. But, we will come on with improvements fairly quickly, I have to believe. I’m looking forward to this.

Weirdly I think we're more likely to win at Watford than we were at home to Cardiff and Forest. Watford will bring the game to us and it'll be more open which suits us better I think.

Re: 2020/2021 Season
Our roster seemingly gets more thin by the day. I thought 0-0 vs Boro was an excellent point. But, we’re sitting here 17th on the table. A point won’t even get us to 16th. We need a home win desperately.
I don’t believe in “must win” games this early in the season, but we’re desperate for three points. How to get them, the question. Ten guys are out for sure, then Arma & Trybull are doubtful. Gaffer says Johnson & Downing aren’t fit.
I’m afraid tomorrow won’t bring us the three we need. I hate to keep saying, “wait until after the break”, or “wait until Boxing Day”, etc, but how can anybody win, missing basically what amounts to 9 starters from our regular lineup?

Kaminski tested positive for covid so back from Belgium. Presume that means he will miss the Luton game at the very least.

Hopefully he'll be alright for Luton. He'll self isolate and i'm sure they'll test him before and give him the all clear...fingers cross
Re: 2020/2021 Season
Well I guess it depends on his symptoms and hopefully he isn't overly unwell with the virus, but you also have to have a negative test to return to the squad I thought?
EDIT: Seen on LT he is asymptomatic and feels fine, so hopefully may well be okay for Luton.

Confirmation that for EFL matches each side can use 5 subs for each match.
Also Dack played 45 mins in a friendly yesterday and came through it unscathed

Confirmation that Wharton is going to be out for a considerable amount of time
