Re: Derby v Blackburn
Carry on for the rest of the season and win the league?
No, early days and we shouldn’t get carried away. Thrashing a naive Wycombe and a broken Derby is not really a true barometer. Still, I’m going to enjoy every minute of it.

Gibbon,
Absolutely, I am enjoying this, & something of payback after the last outing at Pride.
Our 11 are playing their tails off. Tony has such a nice “problem” right now, with four, 1st teamers due to return to fitness.

And you know what, Bell was excellent. If it wasn’t for another cracking performance by Williams, I’d say he was our best defender today

I'm going to watch it tonight at work (thank you ESPN on demand). I did see Johnson's rocket (boy that sounds wrong).

Re: Derby v Blackburn
When Johnson lets fly here, there's an angle where you can actually see Rooney's realisation that his career is almost over.
Re: Derby v Blackburn

To be fair to him, I can't imagine he ever pictured the tail end of his career being spent playing to an empty stadium for a broken team looking like they're only good for challenging their biggest rivals for the bottom spot in the Championship.

Wonder if Rooney will get the manager's job?
