Interesting to see how we line up tonight. New signings available as well as Williams, Holtby and JRC.

Perhaps time to put Dolan on the bench and would welcome JRC and Holtby coming in to replace Evans and Buckley.

As fans, we are difficult, sometimes impossible, to please. If Rovers were to get Kane & Salah, some would gripe, “where’s Messi?”

These 4 new additions are welcome reinforcements, Along with 3 guys returning for the trip to Watford, but we can’t expect miracles. Basically, we’ve improved competition in the squad, and that should pay dividends. But, I’m not sure the fans will be patient with Mowbray, should wins be lacking in the upcoming run of games (something like, 7 games in 20 days).

We will need patience. Oh, we will enjoy spasms of success, here and there, but can Rovers go on a lengthy successful run? I believe by Boxing Day, these incoming players, alongside a healthy Dack, will bear substantial fruit- barring any additional injuries.

As far as today goes, I hope to see a hard-working squad with some fire, making the most of opportunities on offense, and defend well when necessary. A hard-fought point, vs tough opposition, would be welcome, indeed.

I agree on these moves. How about Johnson? Put in the more defensively minded Trybull, perhaps?

Easy win as long as there is no talk of buying bread from a man in Brussels. You heard it here first.

Johnson in for sure, Trybull is the signing I'm least enthusiastic about although I don't really know how good he really is. Seems to have been okay at Norwich.

Although may make sense to play Johnson, Holtby and Evans as the midfield 3 then bring JRC in for Dolan on the front 3. I think it's time to put Arma back out left side, it's not really worked with him down the middle the last 2 games but we looked more effective when he was pushed out wide later on in both games.

Trybull could be really good for us, who knows.

I think all of us have the expectation Douglas should impact the team most.

I’m very excited about Elliott. My son is a huge Liverpool fan, and he’s been singing his praises since they got him. I believe Liverpool dictates the terms on how much he gets used at Rovers, but I hope it’s a very profitable time for him and for the club. I hope he is as good as Tammy Abraham was in his three loan spells.

Two changes, Elliott on the wing, & Holtby in MF.

I approve ;)

That's a fine looking team. It is quite to coup for us to have landed Elliot and in a good way I suspect there were some assurances that he'd play.

It’s a Travis, Dack, Rothwell and maybe a Douglas away from being a very exciting side.

Amazing.

I had a feeling we might concede early, then fight our way back. Down by 2 will be tough to comeback against.

2-1, HT. Another game Mowbray can chirp about having 2/3 possession. Let’s see what kind of subs he makes. I expect Bell & Johnson to come off.

Strange, we are the only road team in the championship not currently winning.
