Played well first half, dug in second half and uncharacteristically sloppy on the ball.
Johnson did well in defence, Bell good again and thought Davenport was MotM.

Mowbray comment: “I thought it was as poor as we’ve played, but we won, 2-0.”
Also, Rovers in the market for a centre-back during transfer period.

Definitely need an emergency centreback in this window. Wish we could ship off Ayala as he has been as good as deadwood for the squad thus far.
Bell was pretty solid, the fact he can get up and down the line changes the dynamic of what our left side can do. Elliot had a rather off game, probably needs a week rest to get back to what we know him as.
Davenport did solid to slot in, and Travis was a difference maker. For as sloppy as this win was, it was necessary to pull out a sloppy win.
Now we got a couple weeks off, give some players some time to rest and come back fresh. Unfortunately, we won't be seeing Williams or Wharton anytime soon.

No one has mentioned Kaminski who brought off the save of the season after the Brum sub was clear through in the box. And Douglas has earned another game.
