Better late than never - and it’s currently 0-1 to us.

Ayala with the goal.

Backs to the wall stuff really considering squad size, but these guys are giving everything. 2-1 and a job well done.

I hope incoming players don’t dilute that passion at all.

Think we've more than deserved our 7 points. Our squad this season, and last season, is better suited to less possession, high press and counter attack on turnovers.

We beat Swansea and Forest quite easily and should have been more comfortable despite having a minority of possession. Quite a contrast to last season.

We've also scored from 3 set pieces already, something we rarely seemed to do last season.

Only slight concern is defensively Pickering has looked quite suspect in every game so far. He'll improve I'm sure but not currently presenting as an upgrade to Bell who is having a great start to things at Luton.

Rather think WBA will be a different kettle of fish. We should know a bit more about this current Rovers team at 5pm Saturday.

Indeed. But Fulham and WBA to one side it's probably the weakest looking division for a while.
