Rather complete match. Shame we didn't get a clean sheet out of it. Weird to sub off Lenihan instead of Ayala, but it is what it is. I also wonder what Butterworth has to do in order to get more time on the pitch.

Brereton at 7 goals in 9 matches thus far. Gallagher finally chipping in. Dolan showing his poacher status, something akin to Dack. Buckley putting in magical floating lobs up front. Travis doing Travis things.

Honestly, never thought getting a solid left back would have shored up this squad, but it has. Pickering has been a blessing for this squad. On a similar note, I hope Edun gets to put in a shift there at some point. I don't think he has the awareness to play midfield.

I think it’s the Pickering/Ayala effect at the back, they’ve both been excellent.

Excellent performance today, I think Tony knowing his preferred/ best XI has also helped. Unlike last season, there will only be 1 or 2 changes max. for our next game.

Glad our front 3 are all scoring too!

That was excellent, helped by some comically bad defending. But post international break Pickering is really settling into a solid addition now. Think Lenihan went off with an injury so hopefully nothing major.

Most pleasing is how much Breo and Gally are looking like goalscorers. Good touches and clinical finishing. Long may it continue.

Mowbray said it was precautionary.

If he was feeling his groin in front of 10,000 people, then he was lucky not to be arrested.🤔

All our players should consider becoming South Americans.
