i must admit, we seem to have lost a few of the 'sensationalists' from this board recently, and healthy debate is surfacing as a result... however, unfortunately i feel that may simply be because it's school holidays :-?

Not only do we seem to be losing the sensationalists, but ever since Nacko's evil twin appeared on the other board, we seem to be taking on quite a few new members over here who are only interested in reasoned debate (and are quite happy mooching off topic to stay with tradition).

I'll tell you something about off topic but I don't know if I want to go off topic.

why would you want to go for an 'off topic'. it's a poor excuse for a chocolate bar anyway, i'll have a twix please, or maybe a biscuit boost... sorry, humour is clearly not my strong point

He's not featured at all in their last couple of matches.

looking forward to seeing what he is like. I didn't know that he was Wolves youngest ever captain. Maybe he could be the next Jimmy Bullard, who also played a lot of lower league football. In Ince we trust

Jimmy Bullard is shit, I hate it when everybody describes him as a lower league "gem".

I still hope that this story is a load of bollocks. As with Lee Trundle a few years ago, he might look good at an average level but he has not made it to the top sooner for a very good reason; he ain't good enough. I'd rather keep Mokoena.

If Keith Andrews was from some Italian club and was called some like Paolo Andrewini no one would give a shit. Players mature at different ages look at Luca Toni for example.

So because Luca Toni is still shit, that tells us Andrews is going to be what?

i actually think it would be a bit of a concern if we were bringing in 28 year old players from Seria C... may as well get english players if you're going to do that!
however, that said, i'm sure he'll be a decent enough squad player, as ince will undoubtedly know what roles he's cut out for, and i'd certainly welcome him to the fold and wish him all the best. good luck to him.

Following stepall's rather sweeping claim that we have 'agreed' a fee with MK Dons I have searched everywhere for proof of this and alas I cannot find a thing. I honestly think this will rumble on and on and in the end peter out to nothing.
