Let me be the first to say... F*** YOU GORDON!!! F*** YOU CELTIC!!! F*** YOU NEWCASTLE!!! YEEEHAAAAAH!!! :disagree: :disagree: :disagree:

Given a choice between the UEFA cup and playing in the premiership or the champions league and playing in the scottish tripe... I know where I would go every time and it wouldn't be playing for the Hoops.

I ain't good at making predictions so I wont... but this kid is good, cheap and looks like a fairly decent goalscorer... judging by the goals he's scored in the U21 tourney it looks like he's a bit of a \"fox in the box\".

This looks like an awesome signing, and hopefully it's put paid to any further interest in Nonda. Seems far smarter to sign a young striker with an eye for goal, who has the potential to be brilliant, rather than a player like Nonda who even if he were to come good, is getting towards the end of his career.

Especially when you compare prices. This guy cost probably about £500k and they wanted £2 million for Nonda, right?

Another brilliant capture from Hughes.

True, Remember the different ways of pronouncing Dirk Kuyt's name.

The lads name is pronounced as "kuit" ... dirk kuyt... and the other lad "maceo rigters" his last name the "g" is pronounced as a "ch" ... when you dont know.. ask a dutch Rovers fan;):P

and he is 23 years old he previously played for Sc Heereveen, FC Dordrecht and Nac Breda, he is more a left winger, he is fast and has good technical skills, he can also play as forward and right winger ... I think its a good move by Blackburn to sign him, cause he improved alot over the last few years and can be important in the way Blackburn likes to play...

Further more i think 1 of the most important reasons that he choose for Blackburn might be the rumours of a take-over by either Johann Rupert or Daniel Williams, this gives Blackburn a good future prespective.....

I think next to the signing of Rigters will have to invest more in it's devense and in a really play maker next to tugay .... But i think Blackburn will have a bigger chance then ever to compete for european football.. or maybe even for the title...
