Shame that. I think he’ll be decent for someone at this level, and we may regret it. Judge mk2

Its possible, but as I gather (albeit from the internet) much of Rovers reluctance to play Tomlinson stemmed from his professionalism. I don’t recall that ever being a problem for Judge. Having the talent to succeed still requires the effort for success to be realised.

He has now signed for Mansfield. Good luck to WT with his career. From a Rovers point of view they have invested many years in this lad and let him walk away for nothing. Surely Rovers knew he wanted to leave or did he just knock on Tony Mowbray's door on the last day of the transfer window and ask to leave. Rovers could have loaned him out or given him a free transfer with a certain percentage of any profits from any future transfer. Is it though just a case of just wanting his wages off the roster.
