They will make a minimal impression in Malaysia unless they are in the PL. Otherwise this move will just piss off their fans.

Another team with far more £££ to spend than us no doubt next season.

The colour red is widely recognised as being synonymous with Welsh culture and heritage, with Cardiff the proud capital of the country. The colour also holds strong spiritual significance in Asia, where it is seen as a symbol of prosperity, power and good fortune.

It is believed that this fusion of identities and values will reinforce our strength as a visual brand across both cultures. As outlined in the club statement, Cardiff City, through our investors strong connections will be exploring ways in which to maximise brand awareness of the club across Asia, thereby delivering local success.
Red Dragons I believe Savory.
That's Wrexham's nickname. They became the Red Dragons for financial reasons too, interestingly. Before that they were The Robins. The former nickname has all but faded out of existence in all but pensioner circles. "Red Dragons" isn't strongly identified with either. Bet Wrexham'll be miffed they've lost the Red shirts/Red Dragons angle, not good in a business sense to have lost your niche.

Maybe he finally realised that trying to get people to like Cardiff City by making them wear red shirts was a bit like trying to gild a shit.

It goes to show... you can be a millionaire, a billionaire. Please won't care if your bank balance is massive... just if your passion is.
