At least Blatter was good enough to apologise. But when you're country has already suffered the hand of god and other game changing decisions have gone against our team over the years apologises mean little. Blatter was against the introduction of goal line technology but he now has to reopen the subject through England's bad luck. Maybe in the long run this might go in favour of England hosting the WC in 2018. We've all earned it.
