I’m actually thinking the kids will be the right age for a family friendly type Music festival next summer. Latitude, Camp Bestival and Teddy Rocks are the current front runners (plus one down in Cornwall that I can’t remember the name of), but are there any others that people can recommend?

Igor (10) likes Sleeper, the Breeders, Kate Bush, Idles, Rocket from the Crypt, Sex Bob Om and Nirvana.
Maceo (4) likes Idles, Kate Bush, P!nk, Squid, TV on the Radio and B.E.R.

Actually, Teddy Rocks looks pretty bloody good value, I know it’s a load of tribute bands mixed in with Z list acts but Weekend camping in a quiet area for 2 adults and 2 kids is only £230! Plus Terrorvision and the Eagles of Death Metal are playing…

We did Blue Dot a couple of years running, and had my then two year old along. He loved it, lots of kids stuff on and pretty friendly all things told. His dancing to the Golden Dawn Arkestra was awesome.

Good stuff mate! You should market your ass better, not wait 5 months to tell people ;)

It has a bit of an Albarn vibe about it.

I can see the Albarn comparisons. A dreamlike soundscape with strong vocals throughout. Good stuff.

Well I'd intended to do more tracks but various life things have got in the way....
