A permanent left back and loan centre half in January would be excellent business. A striker on loan would be too much to ask?

Clarkson in on loan, sounds like Reda Khadra loan may go through this week.

See links to a lot of names, Curtis is one that I would like but sounds like we've been priced out of that.

Obafemi is no big loss, we don't need another young 5 mil striker, especially if he doesn't want to be here. And butterworth has looked good through preseason.

Carter looks like he'll stay but presumably we still want a 4th cb so Magloire can go on loan and certainly another midfielder would be good.

Is it me or do we seem to have a higher turnover of players than we used to? Maybe I'm just getting old, if just feels like a constant churn to me these days. Probably just life as a club where your good players get bought and you have to flip in and out the others to try and find the gems. It all just hurts my head though.

Shaping up to be a good deadline day. Khadra across the line on loan, Chapman sent away accordingly (tbh not sure he's gonna make it with us anyway). And Edun as competition for Pickering, so have 2 good young LBs for first time since the Olssen twins.
