I'm now being told the laptop won't arrive until the 11th, which is useless to me: I leave home on the 7th. I'll be in Plymouth. The family stuck with the laptop. Mailing it down when it arrives/changing the delivery address I'm a bit iffy over. Shared accommodation with new people, will it really arrive? etc.Agent (Nagaswaroop_YV): "It's expected to be delivered on or before this date if ordered today on a Card."

What's to be done? Is there anything I can really do from a consumer rights point of view on the back of that assurance from the Dell agent?
