Kind of confused as to why he's been placed on the sex offenders register though....

I mean what he does to his bicycle in his own room is between him and the bike. And the bike pump probably.

He's obviously considered a threat to innocent bicycles...

I'm a bit puzzled as to why he's committed an offence - does it mean that anyone using a sex aid in a hotel is breaking the law?
