Ben Brereton
Signed on loan until January with agreement to buy in place.
Re: Ben Brereton
Most we've spent since Rhodes?
I've seen him for Forest a couple of times, I've heard his name mentioned by fans as a hot prospect, I've never had him down as anything THAT good though. I guess time will tell, great move to add more firepower to the team though.

Re: Ben Brereton
Only mentions the club having a great history, a bit disappointing
Re: Ben Brereton
The money seems a bit steep but I don’t think Mowbray would want to spend a lot on player he didn’t believe would be an important part of his plans going forward.
Huge disappointment on the massive list but he can make up for that on Sunday

Re: Ben Brereton
Most Forest fans seem to agree he has huge potential and that we’ve paid to gamble on him fulfilling that. They also seem angry that we got him so cheap.
And that he didn’t thank them or the club in his leaving statement. Aw.

Re: Ben Brereton
I thought £750k was a lot to spend on Dack last season, and that worked out ok, so...
But £7m for someone who can't get in Forest's side seems a big risk.

Re: Ben Brereton
"Brereton, who has played 17 times for the club, arrives on a three-and-a-half year deal, with the fee undisclosed.
That could reach £7m depending upon clauses in the deal being triggered"
Well so long as the clauses include "scores a shit load of goals and we get promoted to the PL or we sell him for seventy squillion pounds, that's alright then.
Perhaps its first team starts and that's why he keeps sitting ond the bench....

Re: Ben Brereton
7 million seems fairly reasonable considering how much Liverpool just pocketed for Dominic Solanke.
