Blackburn Rovers v 'Frank Lampard's' Derby County, Tue 9 April 2019, KO 19:45

I feel like this match will be a coin flip as to how we will do. Derby have scored 9 goals in the last 2 matches, at the same time they have a hard time scoring goals sometimes.

I would love to see a couple U23 players in the lineup, maybe Davenport and Chapman get to start. Unless there is a clause to buy Reed, I would prefer to see him on the bench for the rest of the season.

Might not see Mulgrew for the rest of the season either with the injury sustained last match.

Tomorrow will be a much tougher test than Stoke and Derby will be desperate for points having twice been pegged back against Brentford, especially late on in the game. With Middlesbrough in dreadful form it's seems like a straight fight between Derby and Bristol for 6th so they'll be no let up for Rovers.

Travis has to start with Smallwood dropped, I'd like to see Rothwell keep his place and possibly give Brereton another start. I'd imagine Dack will be back too.

Last time, if I recall correctly, we got hammered and still managed to eek out a draw. Like you said mcteeth, this will be a tough one due to a playoff fight for Derby.

I agree with Travis needing to start. Probably wasn't starting to give him a rest before this match. I would assume the same with Dack if there is nothing serious with his hamstring. Probably will see Rodwell starting at centreback in place of Mulgrew.

I think that is what aggravates me the most is platooning Rodwell as a centreback. He clearly is very skillful going forward, plays well as a defensive midfielder, but we are shackeling him back.

If we can get a draw from this match, it will be a great result. Need to get some sort of points to stop the free fall.

They've also scored 9 in their last 2 games and we can't really defend currently so doesn't look good.

In our current form I think we're essentially looking at trying to get some points from QPR away then Bolton at home over Easter as we're likely to lose the rest.

No Chapman so guessing he’ll be in the 18 tomorrow as a sub.

No Smallwood in 18 either. If not injured is a bit of a statement.

The difference with Travis and Reed over Smallwood and Evans is fairly large.

Rothwell looking good.

Funny what happens when you play players that want to play offensively. Best performance of the season tonight, absolutely fantastic.
