QPR v Blackburn Rovers, Fri 20 April 2019, KO 15:00

I would love to see Chapman start this one, or even get into the 18. Maybe rotate Williams out for Magloire. Would also want to see Davenport in the 18 as well, since Reed is injured and would rather not see Evans or Smallwood for the rest of the season.

With QPR having drawn only nine of their 42 games and Rovers eleven so a draw is an unlikely result. Saying that though QPR have lost twenty and Rovers seventeen so the most likely result is both teams will lose. Both teams have conceded the most goals in the championship apart from the three teams occupying the relegation places. So a 0-0 win for both teams will be seen as a great success. QPR are a bit of an enigma losing to both Rotherham and Bolton recently but beating Swansea 4-0 in the last game. Predictions well the weather man said its going to be a nice day but apart from that what will happen at Loftus Rd is anyones guess. If Rovers start with both Smallwood and Evans it might start to cloud over very quickly.

I don’t know what to expect tomorrow...my head tells me 2-0, my heart says 1-2. Not that I correctly predicted either of the last two results, but I was thrilled to get them.

We’re safe, that’s all I know... bring on the off-season, and a left back. And a creative midfielder.

I think we really should be targeting 4-6 points over the Easter weekend. Think we’ll beat Bolton on Monday and I’d like to think we can win today or at the very least draw.

No pissing about making too many changes. Mowbray challenged to team to get to 60 points so he should retain the strong starting XI from Forest.

I think Mowbray has shown that when Rovers have matches close together he likes to utilise the fringe players. I would bet that the backward passing non shooting defensively dominated Evans will find his name on the team sheet in one of the next two games.
Danny definitely won't play 180 minutes, perhaps this is Brereton's time?

Well with Reed gone it should be Evans and Travis which is fine. It’s Evans with Smallwood that’s an issue.

Think it might be a similar XI today as per Forest and if we get a positive result could see further rotation for Monday which on paper is an easier game.

Bolton could also be relegated today instead of at Ewood.

Reed gone? Not heard that.
Would prefer Rodwell alongside Travis.

Yes. Injured ankle so gone back to Southampton.

Same team as Forest but Raya dropping to the bench.

Disappointed to not see Chapman in the 18.

Good stuff to be up 1-0. Solid outing thus far.

Would like to see Brereton come on later, and Rodwell to replace Evans.
