Shouldn't this be the Rovers Swansong instead of Boogaloo as they say...and who exactly are they?

Don't we have a relatively good record in final games of the season in recent times?

Would be nice to go out with a win.

I hope that Butterworth, mcgloire, buckley and one or two other youngsters make an appearance at some stage. It may also be time to say goodbye to one or two,Smallwood, perhaps.

Mowbray has said both Chapman and Davenport will be in the 18 and feature but not from the start so that may push out Butterworth and Buckley from the matchday squad.

Finally we may see what has been denied all season. The inclusion of both Chapman and Davenport may give us a glimpse of next season. Its been a bit up and down all season but the job has been done unlike our fellow promotees Wigan who have struggled mostly and Rotherham who are back in league one. if you remember last season we went on a long run and only suffered defeat to Plymouth during that push for promotion. Take a look at Plymouth now. They face relegation to league two if results don't go their way this weekend. Fortunes in football can change quickly especially fortunes that go against you. You have to work hard in the off season to make sure the season is successful. Too early to talk about next season but the summer months will be important to Rovers who will be looking to improve the squad mainly so we can avoid those terrible run of defeats that spoiled this season.

Its been a bad season for a couple of the founder members of the football league. Bolton we know about but even worse Notts County have dropped out the league after 157 years. Sad times for traditionalists but football is all about ups and downs. Rovers while not exactly on the up this season are certainly not on the down. Up Up and away hopefully next season as we hope to follow in Norwich's footsteps. Todays visitors have recently been on a down from the highs of the premiership. They have now seen the reality of trying to make it back first time of asking and if you dont get back within a couple of seasons after you can get used to Championship football for a while...or even worse. Lessons to be learned from other clubs fortunes but then no one needs to teach Rovers fans anything about falling from a height...Interesting watching league One yesterday one minute it was Southend down but eventually it was Plymouth who paid for that 5-1 defeat last week at Accrington. Former Rover Josh Morris playing the villain for Scunthorpe at Plymouth. The keeper was injured and tried to play the ball out but Morris intercepted it and scored. In other news Alan Lying Bastard Noxin has linked Rovers with Joe Hart. Where does he get this shite from?

Great finish though, and fair play to him. That was an equaliser in a huge game in a relegation battle, you take every chance you get.

And out of contract this summer. Still prefer getting Marcus Maddison on a free though. In the same game a great finish by Graham Carey who is also out of contract this summer. Would be happy to get one of the three.

Take the lead then fall to pieces when Bennett has to go off. Don’t understand why it wasn’t a straight swap with Nyambe instead of moving Travis out there and bringing on Davenport.

Dack 2-2 8-)

Is that now Graham and Dack level for the season as top scorer?
