Need a result here for bragging rights at work, far too many Forest fans in Nottingham. Apparently they won a few things 40 years ago... you'd think it was recent they way the go on... :boring:

Very promising poll.

I can’t predict these things. After beating Reading at their place, I was almost positive a healthy Rovers would be on fire at home. Alas, more of a dumpster fire than anything, vs an undistinguished side.

Having said that, & Forest being on a bit of a run, bodes ill for us. But Dawson is out, so...
Rovers win, 2-1.

I LOVE this lineup. We may lose and look like chumps, but this is a solid 11.

0-0, HT. But I’m scared of Grabban, Ameobi, Lolley, et al.
Rovers can still win this thing.

Rovers played very well on the ball. Downing and Travis in the middle do pretty well together, although I feel we can use 3 in the middle if we use Downing there.

Holtby coming on for Dack showed a difference, wasn't the same. Lots of good to talk about, can't find too many faults other than the scoreline. Joe Lolley is just a good player that finds space.

I mean we are good this season but I think it's time to admit that Gallagher probably shouldn't be starting. Combinations of Armstrong, Rothwell, Dack, Holtby and Graham feel more effective.

I agree. Gallagher needs to head to the bench. Just doesn't look like a scoring threat.

Good to see Samuel back on the pitch (just watched the brief youtube highlights) and heard he was pretty good from the Tweets last night? He will give us something different to Graham / Gallagher

Seem to remember that Gallagher was more effective last season when coming off the bench. The way he tears around the pitch to no great effect makes me think we were just as well off with Nuttall.
I'd like Samuel to have more game time, he looked good when he came on, narrowly missed scoring within seconds.
My preferred team on current form would be
Walton
Bennett Mulgrew Williams
Holtby Travis Rothwell
Armstrong Downing
Dack Graham
Possibly a tad light defensively.
By the way, what happened to Chapman, he was brilliant off the bench last season?
