Bumley Vs Blackburn Rovers. Sunday 13th November. KO 12.30pm
WE SHALL BE VICTORIOUS!

Well, the less said about that the better.
Questionable decisions all round; from the players, the manager and the ref.
Did anyone else spot the game clock on Sky Sports doing a 10 minute countdown instead of showing the time gone round about 50 mins?
Even the social media team had a shocker:

I don’t really get why we started with Mola over Scott Wharton or why Adam Wharton didn’t make the squad ahead of Garrett?
Disappointing result but undoubtedly deserved. Damn it.

Indeed - I'm sure there are reasons, but on the face of it the match was ideal for the Whartons. They've both been playing well, and they're local lads who would have properly got stuck into a derby. Garrett's shown flashes of talent, but I'm not sure that was the right game to start him. 100% for effort for him, but for me he's not ready to be a first team starter yet. Neither is Mola, that was an odd one.
Defensively the first half was fine - a couple of brave changes at the break (any of Garrett/Ayala/Mola coming off) and instructions to get stuck in, push forward, and send a couple of mis-timed kicks Ashley Barnes' way and things might have been different.

Can't knock what JDT has done this season and we're on a journey with how he is developing and utilising the squad so these off performances have happened from time to time which is fine.
Just didn't think this was the game to try things. Mola was great at West Ham but not the right league game for him to start. Likewise Garrett is good and scored the winning penalty midweek but just didn't seem right. And for Dolan to not be on the pitch at all is silly.
We made Barnes look like Haaland

x = y
y = x
Therefore, Haaland made Haaland look like Haaland
