Grrrr...mobile annoyances!!!

Okay, I have just upgraded my contract and they gave me the Sony Ericsson W910i. It's a beautiful phone but the problem is I can't seem to get the fucking battery out of it. I try not to be too heavy-handed with this type of thing and to be honest I usually throw a right wobbler when shit like this happens but I am trying my best to remain calm.

My old Sony Ericsson was similar, really fucking hard to get the battery out. The guy in the shop made it look easy and did it so quickly that I can't remember what he did. Has anyone got the same phone or does anyone have any idea how to get this fucking battery out???!!!

Damned nuisance those locks, the sim card kept falling out mine until I realised it wasn't supposed to be held in place by the battery... don't these manufacturers realise no one looks at the instructions?

Getting the cover off is no problem, it's getting the effing battery out once I've done that. I just called the store and he's telling me it slides out...we'll see.

Sorted it, finally.

I had to get scissors and push down the side of the battery, I managed to damage the battery a little bit but the phone is intact. I wish they'd start designing phones properly on the inside, it's all well and good making them look all pretty but if you can't get something right as simple as an effective way to remove the battery then something's wrong.
