Re: RIP Heath Ledger...
Didn't watch the gay cowboy one, but he was good in other films I've seen... "10 Things I Hate About You" always cheers me up when I'm ill...

Re: RIP Heath Ledger...
yeah this IS a shame. heard about it on the radio this morning.
Brokeback Mountain was very good. I was looking forward to the new Batman film too.

Plus he was in the middle of filming Terry Gilliams new film 'The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus', which is probably semi permanently on hold now.
Shame. I always look forward to Gilliams stuff and he's not had a lot of luck in the last ten years with his films.

In post production now - so lets hope they weren't planning any reshoots.... :scratch:theadore wrote:didn't realise it was completed truth be told.RoverWithALimp wrote:Aren't you going to see it then? As to it being his finest role, I'd give that to Monsters Ball. He's ace in that.
He was okay in Brokeback Mountain.
Not my favourite actor in the world I have to say, but sad none the less.

Re: RIP Heath Ledger...
i quite like the sin eater actually... thought he was alright in that. didn't ever see brokeback mountain, but did see brothers grim unfortunately... Mr Gilliam and Mr Ledger did themselves no favours there.

I happened across this just now :Gibbon wrote: In post production now - so lets hope they weren't planning any reshoots....
from hereI got it confirmed from a source involved in Post-Production on THE DARK KNIGHT. Heath's post work was complete. He had indeed finished it, as to not interfere with the production of the film he was doing with Gilliam

You think? i didn't think it was too bad.theadore wrote:but did see brothers grim unfortunately... Mr Gilliam and Mr Ledger did themselves no favours there.
Try watching it when you're drunk, it'll be the funniest film you've ever seen.

Re: RIP Heath Ledger...
I wonder if he does in the movie, or gets captured. Obviously could cause problems for future Batman movies involving the Joker!
